BouwmeesterDonck is an interdisciplinary collective whose core consists of composer Dyane Donck and sculptor Iris Bouwmeester. Their curiosity about the relation between sound and images drives them to push the boundaries of the traditional fields of music and visual art. The collective produces performances, installations and sound objects that provide viewers with a total sensory experience.
The collective joins contemporary technology with the tradition of art. In its search for new forms and ways to present amalgamations of sound and images, BouwmeesterDonck searches temporary collaborations with technicians, scientists and other artists.
